DISCRIMINACI\u00d3N Y DENUNCIAS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

ANTE TAMA\u00d1A INJUSTICIA QUE SE COMETE CONTRA LOS POTENCIALES BENEFICIARIOS, LAS PERSONAS NO HUMANAS ( PERROS, GATOS, PRINCIPALMENTE) SOLO PORQUE SUS RESCATISTAS NO TIENEN COLOR POL\u00cdTICO, SON INDEPENDIENTES Y NO HACEN LA VENIA A NINGUNA PERSONA QUE DICE O CREE SER SUPREMO O SUPERIOR POR OCUPAR TEMPORALMENTE ALG\u00daN CARGO, POR INSIGNIFICANTE QUE SEA, DE UNA DE LAS PROVINCIAS M\u00c1S POBRES DEL PA\u00cdS, NO QUEDA OTRA ALTERNATIVA QUE CUESTIONAR, PRESENTAR QUEJAS O DENUNCIAR.<\/h4>\n

LOS HECHOS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Por procedimiento de la defensor\u00eda del consumidor y usuario, el d\u00eda\u00a0 lunes 31 de mayo se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de alrededor de 300 kilogramos de mercader\u00edas no aptas para la venta en un supermercado ubicado en la Avenida Italia\u00a0 N\u00ba 1405, la actuaci\u00f3n deriv\u00f3 en la clausura preventiva del comercio por el plazo de 72 horas.<\/p>\n

Ello gener\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el labrado de acta de infracci\u00f3n por la cual imputan al comercio la infracci\u00f3n al Art.5 de la Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor.<\/p>\n

El operativo de destrucci\u00f3n y disposici\u00f3n final de la mercader\u00eda secuestrada se llev\u00f3 a cabo en conjunto con la Municipalidad de la ciudad de Formosa a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Servicios P\u00fablicos y la Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal, entre las mercader\u00edas se discriminan desde alimentos de primera necesidad hasta art\u00edculos de limpieza, a saber fideos, arroz, pollo-pechuga, leche entera, yogur, polenta, aceite, yerba, salsa,\u00a0 salchichas, choclo, tomates, dulce de batata, pan rallado, etc. En total 300 kg de comestibles.<\/p>\n
