EL PROGRAMA PUSO AL AIRE EL TESTIMONIO DE DIFERENTES PERSONAS QUE VIVEN EN CONDICIONES DE POBREZA Y QUE DENUNCIARON QUE HAY ORGANISMOS QUE SE QUEDAN CON PARTE DEL SUBSIDIO QUE COBRAN COMO CARREROS. POR ESTE MOTIVO, SE INICIARON\u00a0VARIAS CAUSAS JUDICIALES QUE INVESTIGAN MANIOBRAS DE LOS L\u00cdDERES DE COOPERATIVAS\u00a0CON LAS TARJETAS DE D\u00c9BITO CON LAS QUE COBRAN SUS SUELDOS LOS LLAMADOS RECICLADORES URBANOS. <\/strong><\/p>\n

ADEM\u00c1S DE LAS COOPERATIVAS DE CARTONEROS, EL MTE ARM\u00d3 COOPERATIVAS TEXTILES. POR OTRO LADO, A\u00a0TRAV\u00c9S DEL MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, DE LA SEDRONAR Y DE GOBIERNOS MUNICIPALES Y PROVINCIALES, EL MOVIMIENTO DE TRABAJADORES EXCLUIDOS, RECIBE MILES DE MILLONES AL A\u00d1O.<\/p>\n

LOS SUBSIDIOS QUE RECIBE ANUALMENTE EL MOVIMIENTO DE TRABAJADORES EXCLUIDOS INCLUYE:\u00a0$ 373.000.000 Y 1.800.000 DE KILOS DE ALIMENTO, POR PARTE DEL ESTADO NACIONAL. EN TANTO, LA CIUDAD DE BUENOS AIRES APORTA\u00a0$184.674.141 DE SUBSIDIOS PARA LA COOPERATIVA Y 1.876 RACIONES DE ALMUERZO Y CENAS POR D\u00cdA. POR \u00daLTIMO APARECE EL SUBSIDIO QUE OTORGA LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES: EN TOTAL SE ENTREGAN\u00a0$8.400.000 Y 144.000 KILOS DE COMIDA ANUALES.<\/p>\n

A NIVEL LOCAL: UNA R\u00c9PLICA\u00a0 EN FORMOSA<\/p>\n

POR SENTIDO COM\u00daN SE INFIERE QUE TAMBI\u00c9N A NIVEL LOCAL EL EMPODERAMIENTO DE LOS CARREROS NO EST\u00c1 DADO POR LAS MIGAJAS QUE RECIBEN, SINO POR EL RESPALDO QUE TIENEN POR PARTE DE QUIENES DISTRIBUYEN DICHOS SUBSIDIOS, CUYO PODER NO SOLO ES ECON\u00d3MICO SINO POL\u00cdTICO Y HASTA SE PODR\u00cdA DECIR GUBERNAMENTAL.<\/p>\n

SEGUN LAS FUENTES, LAS ARCAS PARA UNOS POCOS SE LLENAN CON APORTES DE DIFERENTE PROCEDENCIA, DESARROLLO SOCIAL, SUBSIDIOS DEL AMBITO NACIONAL Y TAMBI\u00c9N INTERNACIONAL. INCLUSO EN MONEDA EXTRANJERA, COMO EL CASO DE LOS SUBSIDIOS PROCEDENTES DE DUBAI, QUE YA EN LA GESTION MUNICIPAL ANTERIOR EXIST\u00cdA, Y NO ERA NING\u00daN SECRETO PARA NADIE.\u00a0 EXCEPTO, CLARO PARA EL CARRERO.\u00a0 EL MISMO QUE HASTA AHORA EST\u00c1 LEJOS DE COMPRENDER QUE SU MISERIA Y POBREZA ES MUY UTIL PARA ALGUNOS, QUE DICEN DEFENDERLOS.<\/p>\n

EL CARRERO SIGUE POBRE, EXPLOTANDO AL CABALLO HASTA LA AGON\u00cdA DEL ANIMAL. LA MUNICIPALIDAD LEJOS DE CAMBIAR ESA REALIDAD. LA POBREZA SIGUE SIENDO UN GRAN NEGOCIO PARA ALGUNOS EXENTOS DE \u00c9TICA Y EMPAT\u00cdA CON LOS ANH, LOS SERES SINTIENTES QUE BAJO UN MONT\u00d3N DE FRAZADAS GUARDAN HERIDAS, LACERACIONES, Y HASTA PIEL EN CARNE VIVA AGUSANANDOSE….Y NO LO PUEDEN CONTAR A NADIE.<\/p>\n
